How do I get to the venue?

How do I gain entry into the venue?
Your race card will allow you entry into the venue. Please ensure you bring it with you on the event day.
What food and drink is available at the BallsportARENA?
The BallsportARENA has a wide variety of food outlets. More information is available here: Aktuelle Wochenkarte Speisen – BallsportARENA Dresden.
Are there sufficient toilet and shower facilities?
The BallsportARENA has multiple toilet facilities and showers available to all competitors.
Are there changing rooms / lockers for the athletes, or will athletes need to carry possessions at all times?
Changing rooms are available on site for athletes. There are cloakroom facilities within the BallsportARENA. In addition, for competitors only, we will be operating a bag drop facility which can be used whilst you are competing (i.e. drop your bag before warming up and collect it after you have raced). Items are left at the competitor's own risk.

Spectators

How can I buy a spectator ticket?
A link to buy these will be available soon on the main event web page (erichdresden2027.com).

On the day

What do I need to bring with me besides kit?
Please bring your race card, which grants you access to the event.
What do I do if I have lost my race card?
Let us know by emailing competition@erichdresden2027.com. A replacement race card can be issued for an additional fee.
Will the event be live streamed?
German Rowing and World Rowing are working together on plans to broadcast the event and details will be announced soon.
What coverage will there be of the event?
You will be able to follow along the action on the World Rowing (@WorldRowingOfficial) and German Rowing (@erich_2027) social media channels and website throughout the event.
